Today I've done a coral summer make-up look. I wore this look out to a BBQ on the weekend and i loved how summery and pretty it is, its not too over powering for a casual BBQ either its just perfect for an outside summer day/night event.
I found this eyeshadow pallet at my dads house last week ,in my old make up draw and as it was missing the lid to it so i don't know what make it is and i cannot remember for the life of me what make it as and when i bought it , I'm thinking it may be Avon but I'm really not sure :S but the colours are so lush and very smooth on the skin.
Above is a picture of the pallet (lidless) and the swatches. No names sorry as i don't know what it is :(
I used the natural collection corrector eye cream to prime my eye as a base for the eye shadows.
I also used a pencil liner from ASDA George, which is really creamy and smooth so its easy to apply. I would love to say its a mac lipstick i used but its not, its a Boots natural collection moisture shine lipstick in shade rose petal which is a very light pinky coral which i love! its so smooth and looks so nice on my lips which are very dark so it takes a lot to lift my natural lip colour and this does it very well. It costs around £2 and is great coverage and lasting finish is great also.
The blusher colour i used is actually the same eyeshadow as i used on my eyes , it is subtle on the checks and ties the whole look in together perfectly.
The mascara used is no7 extravagant lashes which I've reviewed before on one of my very first blogs. Love the length it gives me and fullness but don't really like the brush as its a strange square shape :S so ... but it looks great!
x
Think that's all about the products used.. o yeah and the brushes used were MAC.
Thanks for Reading and i hope you enjoyed my tutorial! x

This is my Thomas Sabo wish list that hopefully over the next couple of birthdays and Christmas's i can collect :)
These are all the charms that i would like to have on my Thomas Sabo that i had for my 18Th birthday, which i love. And also what else i would like to own from the Thomas Sabo collection like i would love a silver chain with a charm carrier on it with charms on that as like a big pendant on a long chain as i think this would look so stunning and personal as it would be completely unique to me as there's so many different chains, carriers and charms that it would be my own.

Today i painted my nails for a summer manicure. Its a classic french with silver flicks and lime green rhinestone. I think its really pretty and a little different for what i normally do for my friends, And a nice change to what i normally have on my nails. I mainly have square block colours to keep in with the trends and i file my nails down quite short square so they don't look old fashioned claw like nails, but as they had grown loads in a week since i filed them last i decided to do a french keeping them long for now x
Hope you like!

Craig, Katie and I went to the cinema yesterday to watch Toy Story 2 3D which was really good. We had to wear the silly glasses ( photo above) and it was fun !
We all had huge hot dogs and lots of munchies for the film.
Review time...The film was really good but i was a little let down by the amount of 3d effects . The 3d Depth of the film looked great but there wasn't many 3D out of the screen bits. As in the trailers the new Tim Burton Film Alice in Wonderland looks amazing and even the trailer popes out of the screen. Cant wait to see this film !!!
Its worth seeing toy story though as it is really funny and as toy stories are it is a good plot :)
Thanks Craig n Kate for a lovely film night out lol :)

I went on a little makeup updating shopping spree bout 2 weeks ago and got myself a new foundation, mascara, bronzer, Maybelline Mineral foundation, exfoliating scrub and with my mascara i got a free No7 eye pallet.
I was really pleased with this free pallet as its really good quality and came with a double ended eye brush (one end for blending). The foundation i bought was the Revlon Colour stay foundation in Nude for normal to oily skin.
The foundation is great, lovely coverage and isn't greasy at all because its for normal to oily skin, when i was sampling the foundations though i must say i tried the one for dry skin and it was really oily and the oil pored out before the foundation did which i didn't like as it was all greasy over my hands urghh!!.
The mineral foundation i bought because i wasn't sure what it would be like as u hadn't ever used minerals before. It comes with a kabuki brush which compared to kabuki brushed Ive felt before was quite ruff on my skin. I'm not too sure about this product yet as i think the coverage is good but i cant really tell as it takes me several applications to get the coverage i like. So I'm not sure if that is what your supposed to do or what but it doesn't seem to cover unless Ive been applying it for 10 Min's. So i wouldn't really recommend this foundation unless like have been doing i apply my liquid foundation first then go over it with the mineral powder to set it a bit. Doing this achieves a Matt finish and stays on all day.
The bronzer works lovely over the top of both of my foundations, its a Rimmel compact powder bronzer. It gives me a really nice healthy glow and because I'm sooo pail really lifts my completion.
The exfoliating scrub is the Boots own range and it was £1.39 (bargain) . It is great leaves my skin feeling sooo smooth also i get really dry patches around my nose and nostrils and when i apply my makeup it doesn't look very good around my nose as it exaggerates the dry patches and looks awful. So you can image how happy i was to have all my dry patches gone and my makeup looking really smooth and fresh all over my face.
The mascara on another level is amazing . IT makes my lashes look really healthy and long, or should i say Extravagant lol :D , At first i wasn't too keen on the brush because its a square plastic brush, But once i had gathered how to apply it correctly on my bottom lashes without making a mess it looked really pretty and opened my eyes up loads.
Ive posted pictures above of each product, hope u enjoyed reading :)

Craig and I purchased a JML halogen oven from ASDA the other week for £58. We were so chuffed with it because we haven't had oven food since we moved house and had been living on microwave meals, which for a week or two were yummy but after 4 months were just blahhh!!! ...before we could try it out our house cat Jodie (i stress the words house cat as she is a total baby and has NOO cat instincts lol), took a liking to it as well (pictures above).
Anyways the oven is great! cooks very well but you do have to adjust the cooking times to a normal oven as its halogen lit and will cook much faster.
There are two things which i haven't liked with the oven but i would still say buy as its so quick and easy to use and clean.
1- The oven comes with tongs to help you get the trays out of the oven which are hinged with a plastic handle. Craig being Craig (neat and tidy) put the two trays and the tongs in the oven once it had cooled down after the 1st night of use. I didn't realise they were in the oven the next day and set it to a 200 degrees preheat. after 5mins came back to put my food in the oven and realised i had melted the tongs handle. (silly me). -so be careful when tidying up and don't preheat your tongs lol.
2- The ovens lid is where the heat comes from so when you have finished cooking your food , you take the lid off and get your food out...only thing is where will you put your scorching hot lid? on your kitchen top? NOOO as this will seriously melt your kitchen surfaces. We have resorted to using a metal fruit bowl as a stand lol. So this is a fault with the design as it could be better with a hinged lid or a stand for the lid.
Happy cooking if you get a JML Halogen oven!

For my birthday i was v.lucky and my amazing Bf whisked me away for a long weekend in PARIS! It was Fantastic. And YES! we went to the top of the Eiffel Tower which was awesome.
As well as seeing ALL the sites in Paris , We also took half a day walking down the Champs Elysee, which is the biggest shopping street in Paris which is packed with mega shops and celebrities. We enjoyed Hagen-Daz ice cream despite paying 25 euros for 2 medium pots and a coke lol. Paris AI!. As i live in the UK we ha vent got a Sephora anymore so before we had even left for our holiday i defiantly knew i couldn't not visit a Sephora store. i had explained to my bf craig how big they are supposed to be but i don't think either of us where expecting it to be as huge as it was. I was a child in a toy store. After sampling most of the big brand we left as i was a little disappointed that they didn't sell the By Lauren Luke pallets :( which i defiantly wanted to buy whilst there.
The whole holiday was breathtaking and emotional as its such a beautiful place. Thanks Craig for another amazing memory with you :) love you loads xxxxxx
Everyone HAAS to go to PARIS!!
