Last Friday was my 23rd Birthday and it was so lovely! I will be doing a Full Birthday post with pictures from the day and also a Birthday present haul video on my YouTube channel very soon but for now I wanted to share with you my Birthday Outfit Of The Day.
I knew when I went shopping for my outfit with Craig that I wanted dark grey skinny's as I haven't owned a dark grey pair before and love the Primark Skinny Jeans! They are so comfortable and only £7 so you cant really beat that price. I was looking for a nice top to wear and couldn't really find anything but when Craig spotted this t-shirt in the corner of the shop, I just knew I HAD to get it and for £6 I wasn't leaving it there!
I absolutely love Space and watching the International Space Station on live stream so this tee was definitely coming home with me. Its a roll sleeve tee and is , I think called a marl grey. It has the Bright Blue NASA logo on it which went really well with my royal blue pumps which I bought in the summer for £3. The pumps are faux suede and are so comfy. I also painted my nails with the Beauty UK Grit FX nail polish in the shade no.22 shoreditch which also matched perfectly.
I had a fantastic casual Birthday seeing all my friends and family in the day and being spoilt with amazing presents. Then in the evening Craig bought us a Chinese which we both hadn't had for over 2 years so it was super lush treat!
I hope you all like my Birthday OOTD and be sure to follow my blog and YouTube channel to be the first to see my Birthday Present Haul and post!
It really is true when Ben's Cookies* state their cookies are baked with chunks not chips....just look at the size of those chunks!!! These cookies are seriously the best cookies I've ever eaten in my life! I had researched Ben's Cookies a little while ago when my fiancé Craig said how much he used to love going to bath with his mum and remembered eating the best cookies ever and when we typed in 'cookies bath' Ben's came straight up on Google. As soon as Craig saw the logo and the size of the cookies it was the 90's again and we just HAD to get our hands on them!
I absolutely love a curry on a Friday night and Craig & I regularly buy the Tesco frozen Indian meals which are only £1.50 each for a chicken curry in sauce and pilau rice. I used to make my own curry's on a Friday but its so cheap to buy these and they taste amazing! We love the chicken korma the most as its so creamy and flavoursome but the Butter Chicken is also really nice and full of more of a tomato flavour.

The rice is lovely and doest have those horrible perfume flavouring things that the Asda Indians have which we always pick out otherwise they ruin your meal if you bite into them. I'm not 100% sure what they are called but if you have had one in your rice you will know exactly what I'm on about :) The Garlic and coriander Naan breads are huge and so filling! They are the perfect side with these curry's and go a little golden in the halogen oven but still fluffy and soft on the inside which i love for dipping into the korma or butter chicken sauce.
I didn't take a photograph unfortunately of the strudel and custard as it was so yummy , I completely forgot but its also massive and is only £1 from Tesco. Dont be put off by the fact that its from the Tesco Value section as its delicious. It is 600g so we half it and then half it again over two nights and both have a portion each.
