BEAUTY UK NEW NAIL POLISH REVIEW & SWATCHES
Saturday, August 02, 2014
Beauty UK Launched their new 'Nails' Polishes back in May and since I received them about a month or so ago, I have been busy testing them out and I have for sure found my all time favourite nail polish collection. These nail polishes are fantastic! They state that they are high gloss, Long lasting and quick drying and they really aren't lying when they say that! I have never found nail polishes so shiny...EVER, and I know that's a huge statement to make but even my Barry M nail polishes or my OPI polishes aren't as good as these. I don't even need to use a topcoat with these polishes. They last a good 5-7 days with minor chipping and as they are so pigmented you only need 2 thin coats of each shade for even coverage. The colours are so beautiful and there are 22 new shades to choose from so a shade for every occasion.
Nails no.5 - pink lemonade | Nails no.8 - pretty in pink | Nails no.12 - pink you've had enough | Nails no.15 - coral burst | Nails no.11 - post box red | Nails no.13 - tealed with a kiss | Nails no.17 - purple pizazz | Nails no.1 - ice ice baby
If you'd like to read my over view of the shades click here for my previous post.
As I said in my Beauty UK Haul Video , My favourite of the new shades has to be Pink You've Had Enough. Its just beautiful and like no other shade I own. I find myself re painting my nails with this polish once I've had a weeks wear out of it as i just haven't gotten bored of it yet. I don't tend to wear many red nail polishes but the coral burst shade is so bright and as its a coral toned red its just so pretty for summer and looks great on all skin tones.
This nail polish set is great as its has 6x 8ml nail polishes for £4.99 which is great value for money. They are all super pigmented and really shiny. They also dry really quick too which is always a plus. I think this gift set is an awesome gift and also would be a really nice stocking filler when it comes to Christmas. They also have 4 other gift sets to choose from in the range.
The only thing I would love for the gift sets to feature are names on the polishes, As I like to state which shade I've used in tutorials or posts. That's not a major issue but I just love it when polishes are individually named. Most of these swatches where two coats of polish but the lightest blue shade was 3 coats as its such a light shade.
If you cant already tell , I LOVE all of the new nail polishes from Beauty UK and I think they are priced really reasonably. The swatches look so pretty and I cant wait to use these a whole load over the summer!
Which shade is your favourite? Will you be trying out these Beauty UK polishes soon?
Thanks for reading!
