Craig surprised me with tickets to the new Bond film Spectre premiere on Monday and I could not wait to see the film. We haven't been to the cinema for around 4 years and it was amazing! Such a visual spectical of amazing cinematography and CGI effects. The storyline was a little thin, I would have liked a little more twists and turns but its such a fab film that I think anyone who ventures out to the cinema to watch it will Love it! 

The opening scenes in the film are set in Mexico at the day of the dead festival and the props and makeup are incredible. I just knew I had to recreate the skull mask that bond wears in the opening scene as its perfect for a Halloween makeup look. 

This look is super easy to create using only 3 products, white cream makeup , a black liquid liner and black eyeshadow. I loved creating and editing this video so I hope you enjoy it!

Last months Purrfect box was jam packed with amazing products and treats for out cats to enjoy and I think they would say that it was their best one yet! With gorgeous treats to fun cat toys, they have loved every inch of the purrfectbox literally, even the box was super fun! 

This box contained chew sticks, salmon bites, catnip pillow, water bowl,catnip mice treat toys, and a super fun motored snake which they love to chase around the living room!

This Purrfect box couldn't have arrived at a better time, we had noticed that our water bowls for our cats needed refilling a lot more frequently this past few months and this clever water bowl was just what we all needed! It's basically a large water container attached to your water bowl so that the cats water lasts a lot longer than a regular sized water bowl. We fill it up to the maximum and the it lasts around 2-3 days perhaps longer but we change it regularly so its fresher for the cats. It would be perfect if you were away for the weekend and didn't want your cats to run out of water or dry cat food as it can be used for food also! We couldn't use it for food as our cats would just sit at the bowl all day and night until it was empty! 

Catnip toys are always so much fun as our cats especially go wild got the scent! This little orange mouse print cushion is so well made and filled with catnip so as you can image it was getting thrown around like crazy by our two maniac cats!

Jodie of course fell TOTALLY in love with the cardboard box and decided to curl up inside it as that's what she loves most about the purrfectbox, after a nice treat and a run about it was time for a chill!

What I loved most about this box is that the inside was illustrated with all lovely pet drawings and fun words! I love Illustration anyway as you may know but this was just a cool added feature to this box which we have kept as the cats love sitting in it and I love the drawings! 

Purrfect box's are a fantastic way of treating your pets and our cats for sure can recognise when the post man delivers these boxes. They get so exited to open them and always adore whatever is inside.

Makeup Revolutions latest launch the Unicorns Unite Lipstick Collection is a fun one. These lipsticks are prefect for this time of year, with Halloween and Christmas just around the corner they will for sure be that statement lippie! There are 5 lipsticks in the Unicorns Unite lipstick collection and they are all super magical!

These shades are really mystical with their metallic sheen and creamy texture. From the bright teal shade Horn Of Magic to a muted mauve grey shade called Legend, you can create some fantastic make-up looks with these lipsticks. I cant wait to use them in a few Halloween make-up Tutorials as they are a little out there for me to wear everyday but I would definitely use Pink Myth and perhaps Legend for a wearable Autumn Make-up Look.

Throne and Magical are gorgeous shades and again would be wearable in the correct situation. Thorn is a light metallic lilac and Magical is a bright purple, which would both look amazing on so many skin tones! 

These lipsticks are all so pigmented and glide on the lips so easily! They also smell gorgeous, with a sweet candy flavour to them they smell good enough to eat...but don't!

I opened this parcel in bed and I have to say the look on Craig's face when he saw me sat in bed wearing Horn Of Magic ( The Bright Aqua/ Teal) was hysterical! I don't think I will rock this shade out the house just yet but for Halloween Its perfect!

These cupcakes are super easy to make and it really is a case of mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl to create the cake mix and deciding the mixture into paper cake cases. I made 12 with this recipe and they where pretty big cupcakes! 

I then continued to spoon into the cases the rest of the cake mix and Baked them in my halogen oven for 15 minutes at 180°C. I think next time i will bake them at a lower heat for longer as the halogen oven very nearly burnt the top of the cupcakes but the inside was light and fluffy! 

Ingredients to make Butter cream frosting-

115g butter ,softened

250g icing sugar

1 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract 

Pinch of salt

Blue food colouring 

The butter cream icing again was really easy to make, just combine all the ingredients again in a bowl with my hand mixer and once it's well combined and smooth its ready to out into the piping bag. I found that 250g of icing sugar wasn't enough to balance out the buttery taste so I added around 120g extra icing sugar to my mix to achieve the perfect butter cream icing. 

I used my Tala piping bag with my large star nozzle and attempted a standard cupcake swirl in a few and a rose effect on the others which didn't turn out perfect but its all good practise and I didn't expect to be pro icer first time. 

The inside of the cupcakes was so tasty with the Ferrero Rocker melting in the middle and the fluffy cupcake middle. The icing was rich and buttery but as I said I will probably cut down the 115g butter to 90g butter to 250g icing sugar next time as it was far too buttery tasting before I added more icing sugar. 

These cupcakes tasted loads better than they look but I don't mind too much as they where my first ones and I'm hoping to get 100% better with some more practise. 

They only took me around an hour and 20 mins but this time could have been halved if I could fit more cupcakes into my halogen oven. I enjoyed making them and have learnt so much from watching YouTube videos on icing and cake making so I can't wait to share my baking progress with you all!

Another products I got for my birthday and love is the Ultra Brow Arch & Shape from Makeup Revolution. The shade is medium and its the best colour match to my eyebrows I've found as its not too red toned it top ashy. And its not too dark as I don't really like strong brows on myself. 

And lastly Beauty UK are back with a bang with their brand new Lips Matter Velvet Matte Lip creams. I'm wearing the shade Bond,Mrs Bond* and its a stunning deep red shade which looks timeless and classic! These matte lip creams stay on for hours and I just love how to feel on my lips, they are so comfortable to wear!

A scented candle or wax melt is always burning in my house as I'm obsessed with filling my whole house with amazing fragrances. Sometimes it's a bit much as I will have all different scents throughout the house but I love it so when Ozzy's Candle Co approached me a few weeks ago I was so excited to try their scented products and candles! 

The Mango & Lime Reed Diffuser  was the first thing I opened and it smells so nice! It's so refreshing and light as its not overpowering at all. I've placed this in my bathroom as its the only place Scottie (my cat) won't be able to get to it to chew it and also it ensures the bathroom always smells fresh! I can't say I've noticed much of a scent coming from this yet but it does state it takes a few days to release fragrance. I also love the packaging of the reed diffuser, its very modern and chic like an expensive perfume. 

The Sugar Plum Scented Tin Candle  also smells divine! It's not overly plummy and smells like plum sweets or a sweet shop! It's a lovely candle for my kitchen and its so nice to leave burning throughout the day! These candles are supposed to be 30 hours burn time which is great as Ive had these on for a few days now constantly burning and they aren't fully melted yet. 

There is a slight bit of tunnelling within the tin candles but that doesn't bother me as I will just scoop out any excess wax once the wick has gone and melt that in my burner. 
I was so chuffed to see the new Mrs Claus's Cookies Scented Tin Candle in my parcel to review as its such a lush fragrance. It's PERFECT for the autumn winter months as it smells like cookies and yummy Christmas treats! I love burning this one in the bedroom and living room as its so relaxing and just smells so comforting! This candle would make a fantastic Christmas gift for someone along with a nice hot chocolate and some new pjs! Bliss in a tin! 

You all know by now that my favourite lip products are Matte! So when the lovely Ilya from Beauty UK emailed me last week and told me all about their exciting new products, I nearly burst with excitement! I have been after an affordable matte lip cream for AGES and these are just incredible! I received these this morning so you know I must be excited for them to launch Friday if I'm already writing a review!

The two shades I received are no.1 Bond, Mrs Bond and Curious Coral. They are such nice shades and I'm so pleased with the formula. They don't disappoint at all and they are stunningly Matte. They glide on the lips but aren't sticky or hard to work with, They dry really quickly and look perfect. The description velvet matte lip creams is the perfect description as I've never used such a creamy yet smooth and velvety formula. Most lip creams I've used before like the Makeup Revolution ones go on quite wet and take a few minutes to dry, these are ideal as they dry really quickly but not too soon that its hard to apply! 

The Lips Matter Lip creams are so pigmented, These pictures were taken after 2 swipes across my hand and the colour pay off is incredible! I could have only swiped them once each but I wanted a larger swatch area. My fiance has even commented on how opaque they look on my hand and my lips. The top image is with flash and the bottom without my camera flash on. They are total ME shades and I LOVE them! I cant wait to purchase some more of these for Autumn!

There are 8 shades in the new Beauty UK Lips Matter range and they are all so stunning! There is a shade for everyone and any occasion and I'm hoping that they add to this range with a few more vampy shades or a few nude/browns. They are available from the Beauty UK website and Amazon from Friday 16th October and are only £3.99 each so I'll soon be collecting them all!

They also smell so lush with a blueberry scent to them which is so fruity and sweet. I love all things blueberry to this is a total hit with me. I also adore the packaging, its modern yet clearly sticking to the matte theme with a matte black lid!!
